Biography

Rajah is a legal technologist, a technology lawyer, and founder of Clausehound. Rajah received his M.B.A. and J.D. degrees, from the University of Western Ontario Richard Ivey School of Business and the Faculty of Law respectively, during which time he was Co-President of Entrepreneurs@Ivey, a student-run entrepreneurship group and assisted Professor Richard McLaren with the launch of the Western Business Law Clinic.

Rajah has a previous background in the information technology sector prior to law, having served over a decade as a Information Systems and Technology manager at both a major telecommunications company and at a financial services company, and legal sectors with over a decade. As Founder and Business Development Lead for Cobalt Lawyers (cobaltcounsel.com) based in Toronto, Rajah has specialized in the initial launch and ongoing legal requirements for many technology companies big and small. Rajah sponsors many initiatives fostering social innovation and entrepreneurship, currently sitting on the executive for Legal Hackers in Toronto, on the board of Multiplicity Media which was co-founded by Rajah (http://multiplicity.media/), and as the Canadian Responsible Leaders Alumni Chapter Head for the BMW Foundation (www.bmw-stiftung.de/en/).
